Start your Diet with Healthy Food Plan

We have diet foods all around us and it is our dire need to have healthy body. Our regular meals are not giving what they have to give our body. Most of the time we are not getting the nourishment from the foods and our busy lifestyles are not supporting our diet in any way.

A healthy food plan motivates us to take fruits, whole grains, vegetables, low fat milk and milk products. It also includes lean meats, nuts, bean, eggs and poultry, trans-fat, cholesterol, saturated fats, sodium salt and added sugars. A healthy food plan limits the food portion also.

To reduce weight, people have to follow low calorie diet plan, which reduces the amount of calories they consume from various foods and beverages as well as increase the physical activities. To have a weight loss of 1-2 pounds in a week, nearly 500 to 1000 claries have to be reduced daily. Eating plan with 1000- 1200 calories every day will help most of the women to reduce their weight safely. A health food plan with 1200 to 1600 calories is very much suitable for men as well as women with weight more than 165 pounds and has regular exercises.

If you are eating 1600 calories a day but not losing weight then you can switch over to 1200 calories per day. If in both the diets, you feel hungry you can increase you calories 100 to 200 per day. Very low calories diets below 800 should not be followed without consulting your doctor.

These fat burning foods suppresses the appetite for junk food, possess fat melting properties and keep your body run smoothly with good, sufficient fuel and energy.
